THE GOAL:
Lose 4% of your body weight in four weeks.
THE PRIZE:
If you hit your goal, you'll get your own $10 at the very least. The money from the challengers who don't hit their goal gets put until a pot and split amongst everyone who did hit their goal!
HOW:
Everyone is different but over the next few weeks we are going to share small tips to help you WIN this challenge. We'll share recipes, workouts, and tiny life adjustments.
